• Peter Winslow is president of A Smart Collaboration, an LLC which promotes collaboration among groups to bring about environmental and socially responsible goals. He is active in many different environmental justice movements and projects in the Philadelphia area. Peter talks about the former Philadelphia refinery (now owned by Hilco) and about plans for a public bank for Philadelphia.
• Robert B. McKinstry Jr. is a Fellow of the American College of Environmental Law and a Fellow of the American Bar Institute. He discusses a recent administrative law ruling that allows environmental stakeholders to present to Pennsylvania’s Public Utilities Commission (PUC) concerns on environmental issues for the first time.
